1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register for and use padi8 services, you must meet the following mandatory eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing padi8 services.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indonesian law.
• You must not be prohibited from gambling under any applicable law, regulation, or court order.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When registering for a padi8 Account, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian identification document (KTP), date of birth, residential address, contact telephone number, and valid email address.
2. Maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate, current, and complete at all times.
3. Create a strong, unique password for your Account and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not.
5. Notify padi8 immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security.

2.3 Account Restrictions

The following Account restrictions apply to all padi8 Players:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one Account with padi8. Opening multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all duplicate Accounts and forfeiture of any balances, winnings, or bonuses therein.
• Non-Transferability: Your padi8 Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• Verification Requirements: padi8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (KTP), proof of residential address, bank account verification, and selfie photographs. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in Account suspension or closure.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

padi8 accepts deposits through the following Indonesian banking channels and e-wallet services:

• Indonesian bank transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• Indonesian e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

All deposits are subject to the following terms:

• padi8 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.
• The name on your padi8 Account must match the name on your payment method. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or reversed.

3.2 Withdrawal Procedures and Requirements

Players may request withdrawals of their Account balance subject to the following conditions:

1. Identity Verification: Your Account must be fully verified with approved KYC documentation before any withdrawal request will be processed.
2. Matching Payment Details: Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your padi8 Account.
3. Minimum Withdrawal Amount: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction.
4. Wagering Requirements: All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted. Bonus funds must meet specific wagering requirements detailed in the applicable bonus terms.
5. Processing Times: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1-24 hours after approval. VIP tier members enjoy priority processing with faster timeframes.
6. Withdrawal Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply based on your VIP tier status and Account history.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

padi8 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in accordance with international standards. We reserve the right to:

• Request source of funds documentation for deposits exceeding specified thresholds.
• Conduct enhanced due diligence on Accounts demonstrating unusual transaction patterns.
• Report suspicious activities to relevant authorities as required by applicable regulations.
• Refuse or reverse transactions that do not comply with AML requirements.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Eligibility and Terms

padi8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback rewards, and VIP-tier exclusive promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonuses are offered at padi8's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal:

• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered (turnover) before bonus funds and associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and live dealer games may contribute 5-10%.
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with bonus funds. Exceeding these limits may void the bonus and all associated winnings.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Using the Services if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise legally prohibited from gambling.

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code of padi8 software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing padi8 staff or other Players.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Service Availability

While padi8 strives to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. padi8 shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from:

• Scheduled or emergency maintenance, updates, or technical improvements.
• Third-party service provider failures, including payment processors, game providers, or internet service disruptions.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, terrorism, war, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
• Hardware failures, software bugs, or technical malfunctions not caused by padi8's gross negligence.

7.2 Game Malfunction

In the event of any game malfunction, software error, or incorrect display of game results:

• The affected game round or bet will be void and all stakes returned to affected Players.
• padi8's maximum liability is limited to the refund of affected stakes; no consequential damages or lost profit claims will be entertained.
• padi8 reserves the right to investigate all disputed outcomes and make final determinations based on game provider logs and transaction records.

7.3 Third-Party Content

padi8 provides access to third-party game content and betting markets. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of third-party content and disclaim all liability for any issues arising from your use of such content.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1 Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which padi8 holds its operating license. Indonesian Players acknowledge that padi8 operates under offshore licensing and that Indonesian gambling regulations may impose restrictions on online gaming activities.

8.2 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge and accept that you are solely responsible for determining whether your use of padi8 Services complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. padi8 does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gaming in Indonesia. You agree to indemnify and hold padi8 harmless from any claims, losses, or legal liabilities arising from your use of the Services in violation of applicable law.

8.3 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute between you and padi8:

2. padi8 will investigate the matter and provide a response within 14 business days.
3. If the dispute remains unresolved, you may escalate the matter to padi8 management for final review.
4. padi8's decision on all disputes is final and binding.

9. Amendments to Terms

padi8 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated through:

• Email notification to your registered email address.

• In-Account notification upon your next login.

Your continued use of padi8 Services following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must immediately cease using the Services and may request Account closure.

10. Account Closure and Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your padi8 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure:

• All pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes.
• Your remaining Account balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.
• All active bonuses and unused promotional credits will be forfeited.
• You will not be entitled to any refund of losses or compensation for unused services.

10.2 Involuntary Closure by padi8

padi8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You engage in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 6.
• padi8 suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your Account.
• You fail to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• You become insolvent, file for bankruptcy, or are subject to similar proceedings.

In cases of involuntary closure due to Terms violations, padi8 reserves the right to void all pending bets, confiscate Account balances, and pursue legal remedies for damages suffered.
